Veva Law's website uses a small number of cookies to keep the site running. We do not run advertising or retargeting cookies.
What is a cookie
A small file stored on your device when you visit a website. It can hold session state (you are logged in), preferences (your theme), or analytics identifiers.
What we use
- Strictly necessary. Session cookies that keep the site working. We cannot operate without these.
- Anti-bot deterrent. We currently rely on a hidden honeypot field plus IP/ARM rate-limiting to deter form abuse — no third-party anti-bot cookies are set today. Future Cloudflare Turnstile integration is on the roadmap; this section will be updated (and consent re-prompted) when it ships.
- Analytics (optional). If you have not opted out, we record page views, referrer, and rough geography in our self-hosted analytics. No third-party advertising network ever sees this data.
What we do not use
- Google Analytics
- Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Twitter Pixel
- Advertising retargeting cookies of any kind
- Cross-site tracking cookies
Managing cookies
You can clear cookies through your browser settings. The site will still work; the only practical effect is that you will see the cookie banner again on next visit.
